Solutions Sales Executive ?stanbul
What you will do
Solutions Sales Executive will be directly reporting to the Branch Manager- Turkey MEA Controls. You will be based in ?stanbul, will be part of a growing team and be responsible for selling, renewing and expanding operation and maintenance projects.
You will support the account management strategy and execution for a portion of a strategic national account. You will be managing account relationships, sales/profitability, and direct negotiations as appropriate.
How you will do it
You will find the major operation and maintenance clients in the local market. You will work directly with general contractors, construction firm leaders, engineering consultants, real estate leaders, building owners, business and professional leaders. You will sell, renew and expand operation and maintenance projects to reach optimal sales and profit levels.
What we look for
Required
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or a related technical education,
Strong experience in... Technical Facility Management with sales background
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operation and maintenance
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively
English, both written and spoken
A customer oriented way of working
Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Good financial understanding
No travel restrictions
Preferred
Experience in HVAC, Construction or Contracting sectors/ projects
