E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGER ?stanbul - Liaise with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal, Consumer Care functions to align our processes to the internal guidelines and the given legislation - Be accountable for the consistency of our e-com approach and day-to-day e-com operations execution, as well as other operating principles deployment, in particular: demand planning, customer ordering process, price & promo execution processes, invoicing, payments, deliveries and returns. - Manage e-com website from build to implementation and beyond, analyzing site performance, proposing further developments of web site to improve customers' experience within collaboration with Global B2C team. - Responsible for managing online merchandising processes based on site metrics, customer insights and align with global digital merchandizing strategy - Test all functionality and new developments in pre-production and production to ensure seamless customer experience - Be in charge of the data collection and build solid reports to be... shared in monthly business review reports at local, region and global level - Gather data and requests from various sources (site analytics, product availability, customers, internal global and market teams, competitive landscape) and crystallize into concrete insights, opportunities, and enhancements. - Execute mapping of our online retailers / marketplaces and collect / update data to follow market trends and anticipate decisions. - Be accountable to coordinate 3rd party customer service center and managing the customer care processes - Ensure, customer questions and complaints are handled according to our policies and on time - Be accountable for measuring, reporting and increasing key performance indicators - Through a collaborative approach, it also supports and guides the B2C strategy in Turkey - Collaborate with global/regional colleague from B2C and local business partners to achieve business objectives and ensure business development and implement company's overall Digital Transformation strategy of consumer satisfaction and retention activities like CRM operations. - Develop online content development for merchandising or marketing activities in line with brand guideline. - Support manager in new project development & execution and manage related workstreams in collaboration with cross-functional teams
