Your Role and Responsibilities
The Client Technical Architect/Leader will be leading and coordinating the pre-sales activities for projects with high revenue generation in Banking, Insurance and/or FSS sector. The successful candidate will be responsible from strategy development to delivery for ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Highly experienced in banking and financial services sector with strong business knowledge about the enterprise/infrastructure architecture
Practice for conducting enterprise analysis, design, planning, solutioning and implementation using holistic approach for... development and execution of strategy through applying architecture principles
Experienced in performing the analysis of business structure and processes to address effectiveness, efficiency, agility, and durability
Specialized in architecture and business transformation, strategy development, business model innovation, service design and architecture, operating model design and transformation planning
Ability to clarify complicated technical concerns to non-technical individuals forming a bridge between business units and technical teams,
Leadership and interpersonal skills, such as servant leadership, facilitation, collaboration and negotiation
Minimum 10+ years of deep expertise in solutioning for Banking, Insurance, FSS sectors with architecture, software and hardware solutioning expertise
Organizational, project and program management planning skills
Organizational, project and program management planning skills
Presentable and Strong Communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Enhanced architectural skills on IT Services and Systems Management.
Experienced with Cloud, Analytics, Mobile and Security Processes
