QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
·Bachelors Degree
·Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
·Experience in international trading operations : documentation, payment and delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) in international trade and logistics transactions
·Ocean Export operations in Sea freight industry is an asset
·Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
·Knowledge of Turkish foreign trade and Customs regulations and documentation
·Knowledge of MS Office
·Result-driven personality, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
·Strong team orientation is essential
·Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
·No military obligation for male candidates
·Ability to deal with stress and work with deadlines
JOB DESCRIPTION
·Logistics operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations of related LCs,
·Bargaining with the shipping agents or other service providers in order to minimize logistics... costs
·Coordination of logistics according to contract conditions, with factories, suppliers, customers and/or warehouses
·Organizing customs and inspection transactions
·Dealing with the customers for any operational concern when needed
·Preparing weekly and monthly export management reports
·May be required to perform other tasks as required (i.e.: Ocean Import and others)
