Your responsibilities Reporting to Field Service Manager, the position has these responsibilities; Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories, Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines, Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers... understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions, Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews, Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods, Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering, Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing drives for all types of industries and applications, Knowledge of AC/DC drives technology, industrial communications (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, industrial routers, cloud-based services, etc.) and remote monitoring and remote support systems, Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills, Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support.
