Leasing Manager Üsküdar/?stanbul
Job Purpose:
We are looking for Leasing Manager who will be supporting Sr. Manager, Leasing in retail commercial leasing operations Company's Turkey project.
Dimensions:
Manager, Leasing must issue annual budgets concerning the departments in terms of projectsÂ’ monthly income, estimated future income
Prepare tenant presentations and offers. Preparing the leasing team and qualify them to act their role as required and negotiate with clients / organisations
Coordination with Developments Projects on commercial and office market demand in commercial space and buildings features
Follow up needed materials for tenant meetings such as presentation videos, brochures, prints etc.) and update them if needed
Prepare Leasing related reports
Coordinate with Marketing Department on update plan follow ups
Follow up brand changes and update in related documents
Coordinate with Developments Projects on commercial market demand in commercial space and buildings features
Meet with corporate tenants... requirements and issue maintain international regional offices design lease criteria
Performs all other relevant tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager, Leasing
Principal Accountabilities:
Review individual targets on on-going basis and report to departmentÂ’s head, Finance Development by weekly reports on achievements
Performs all other relevant tasks assigned by the Sn.Leasing Manager
Requirements:
Must be qualified in Economic, Business Management and Marketing in order to understand the local market and plan for projectsÂ’ leasing; negotiation skill is highly required for this position
She must be experienced as well in technical issues in terms of basic Architecture MEP specifications in office and retail buildings, Areas, method of measurements, background of international organisations to understand their demands
