Number one pharma in Slovakia. That's the place where the Brand Manager would coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of brand strategy, marketing mix, operational plans that optimize sales, profitability, market share, and revenue growth for the product in the short and long term. Responsibility for management of partnering with 3rd parties to increase attractiveness in the therapeutical area and to ensure partnering product sales.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing input to market research design using primary/secondary data and competitive intelligence Identification of insights and threats, and makes hypotheses across customer groups Sales development forecast with key assumptions with support from the senior team Gaining Global/CPO alignment on market research findings and plans Integrating input from all functions into the IPS... Brand Plan and message development for each customer segment, including payors Developing pricing based on market trends and payor insights, and assess impacts on sales and profitability Leading pre-launch and launch campaigns and evaluates outcomes. Aligning cross-functional resources to the brand strategy
What youll bring to the role: University degree in Economics, Medicine or Pharmacy English proficient written and spoken Previous experience working as Field Sales Manager, Pharma Sales Representative or OTC In-depth knowledge of the product, dosage forms, disease treatment and alternative therapy Ability to develop innovative concepts and approaches to positioning and tactical marketing in the therapeutic market. Potential to coordinate functional teams from sales and marketing services, medical affairs and clinical development Champion of a product with and understanding of the necessity of inter- department collaboration and seen as a specialist by the field force Analytical approach with focus on sales performance
Desirable requirements: University degree in Science and/or MBA degree Experience as Product Manager - shown success; pharmaceutical business preferable
Youll receive: Minimum salary offered is starting at 2700 Eur along with huge variety of benefits. The final salary depends on the experience of the candidate.
