The Role includes but are not limited to;
Responsibility for the operational daily work by planning and structuring according to sales, stock, cost-efficiency, campaigns and staffing. Set weekly, monthly, quarterly business actions, follow up and take action, report all deviations to Regional Manager. Responsibility for the commercial success of the store including working towards KPIs, follow up sales figures and identify ways to maximize results. Understand and analyse the store P&L performance and take necessary action to increase the store EBIT. Being a visible leader who is on the floor in the daily operation and deliver the highest level of customer service and management of the store. Develop strong customer relationships that will create unique customer experiences and build loyalty. Responsibility for all store employees which including recruiting, introducing, motivating, coaching and assuring individual development. Make sure the stores are efficiently scheduled and staffed, having a well working team with the right competence and attitude, every day. Ensure that product presentations and VM guidelines are correctly executed Be an ambassador for Tiger of Sweden and represent Tiger of Sweden according to the Brand Guidelines. You have strong people management skills and are experienced in developing employees, motivating your team towards reaching daily sales targets and achieving company goals. You have at least 3 years of sales experience within fashion and a focus on exceptional customer service. You are a business minded, hardworking and ambitious leader, triggered by delivering great results, with a passion for sales. You are able to work under pressure and handle priorities. A team player who values good relationships and communicates honestly, directly and clearly with employees, managers and colleagues. Experience with suiting and tailoring are appreciated but not required. Experience user of the office package and able to adapt to new systems easily.
Knowledge and Experience: Fluent in Swedish and English, additional languages are appreciated but not required. Store management experience with a proven track record in achieving retail business growth and operational excellence.
