Role: Business Analyst
Total Requirement Duration: 25 months, (Yearly Contract)
Work Location: Riyadh, KSA

Arabic Speaking: Mandatory
Experience 8 years and more
Holding Business Analysts experience with technology/ system implementation experience
Evaluating the business processes and anticipating requirements.
Conducting meetings and presentations with stakeholders to understand and collect the requirements
Performing requirements analysis.
Understand business requirements and its priorities
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Conduct a feasibility study, risk analysis and draft BRS accordingly
Document business requirements specifications documents with functional and nonfunctional requirements
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Develop traceability matrix
Track business requirements in the traceability matrix
Working closely... with stakeholders, team members, and managerial staff.
Define test scenarios and cases for the requirements gathered
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements by performing user acceptance testing.
Review business requirements specifications documents with the business owner for their approval
Obtain business signoff on requirements and UAT
Ability to demonstrate the requirements to the System Analysts
Having Business Analyst experience with Oracle & PEGA projects is advantage.
