Your Role: Reporting to the GM, the role would be responsible for implementing sales strategies and drive on enhancing revenue for the business. Manage sales target and sales calendar for its team. Develop and maintain a wide network of B2B sales such as from small to medium commercial and residential projects and B2C sales such as customers including direct sales and showroom sales. Manage the Sales team and assess their performance; develop their skills and organize training. Build strong relationships with external partners such as architects, contractors and clients.
