Middle East (ME) BU part of Cognizants Global Growth Markets is one of the focus and high growth regions. The BU is looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to manage, retain and develop the accounts / portfolio while continuing to focus on growth. This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Manager will be accountable for managing, retaining and developing accounts / portfolio and driving growth.
Must have experience of managing banking customers and must have a through understanding of BFS domain.
Manage relationships with CxOs and other stakeholders to help drive growth and customer satisfaction in the accounts / portfolio
Strategize and create a blue print for increased mindshare and wallet share in respective market segment/portfolios
Will be responsible for strategic planning for the portfolio driving customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in business planning / budgeting exercises & provide a view... to senior management
Will be responsible for high-level relationship management with clients and serve as the primary management contact and client liaison.
Drive account mining / penetration strategies and actively manage pipeline for growth and development of the account / portfolio.
Responsible for people management, including hiring decisions for the team, resource utilization and maintaining overall motivation and morale of the group.
Represent Cognizant in Industry forums / conferences/speaker/panel sessions etc.
P&L management for respective portfolio

Requirements
Bilingual (Arabic/English) is preferable.
Seasoned business development professional with excellent track record in managing, retaining and developing businesses.
Thorough domain knowledge and experience in BFS Sector with awareness / expertise in latest digital innovations in the industry / domain.
Strong connects with CEOs, CxOs and other stakeholders in Insurance Sector
Possess an interest and passion towards engaging senior level executives in transformation solutions through consultative approach.
Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course
Proven track record of improving business performance and winning deals
Strong negotiation, communication and facilitation skills
Must be able to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams. Should be a team person and able to lead different teams to a common goal.
