Brand and Customer Manager Hospital Acute Care ( Band 400 P3 )

Creates overall strategy for given products, identifies the market needs, determines the corresponding market share, establishes and implements local product strategy and tactics
Develops and implements long and short term marketing plans which optimally correspond to the... realization of the budgeted sales
Implement and coordinate the marketing activities of the given products in all registered indications so that resources are utilized in the most efficient way
Proposes innovative access activities, supporting and collaborating with the Market Access team
Prepares, in conjunction with the sales team sales and costs budget and forecasts for given product
Co-position & Launch new products within Hospital & Acute care Portfolio
Coordinates the communication of given product -related information/messages across the organization
Maintains and develops organization culture, values and reputation in the given product market with employees, customers, suppliers, partners and official external bodies
Gathers & reviews Competitive Intelligence information
Achieves defined sales targets for allocated products, while maintaining the level of defined product promotion costs
Keeps informed of and communicates all matters related to registration, inventory, distribution and use of the given product(s) and acts accordingly in order to ensure achieving overall product objectives.
Keeps in permanent contact with the field force team members. Providing needed coaching and support
Establishes supports and/or participates in the running of local and international events (symposia) following the agreed policies.
Works with the Medical team to establish an appropriate Product Medical Strategy
Key Scientific Leaders management
This Individual will be covering all of the Kindgom.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Pharmaceutical / Medical university degree At least three years of experience in within the Pharma industry Hospital Products experience is a plus Experience within KSA Market is a plus Managerial Experience is a plus Strong Marketing tactical and strategic expertise Fluent in English Achieving Results: Is goal-directed, persistent; driven to achieve objectives Strategic Agility: adds value to business strategy and wisely links his responsibilities to the organizations mission Proven track record of success Demonstrated leadership capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Makes good and timely decisions in relatively complex situations and even under uncertainty or pressure Innovation: consistently generates new ideas and seeks new opportunities & approaches Able to identify and build upon common interest to create a win-win outcome Teamwork and collaboration: establish strong collaborative relationships and inspires others Strong project management skills Ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment Very good MS Office literacy
