This is a Senior Operations Management role to work in the Cash Management Operations based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible in handling Loans and Deposits for KSA, and overseas branches and will be required to possess an in depth knowledge of Cash Management Products and Money Market Products.
Accountabilites
· Provide Operations Management and Service Support to integrated businesses of Corporate, Consumer and Private Banking for Corporate Loans and Deposits
· Develop innovative solutions and process improvement programs to increase STP levels
· Implement robust and dynamic workflows
· Service level standards ensuring uninterrupted and continuous business operations
· Enhance image of Cash Management Ops as a reliable and professional business partner
· Excellent application of policies and procedures
· Perform quarterly self assessment reviews, documenting any control weaknesses identified during the review and developing corrective... action plans as required.
· Focus on timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints. High aptitude for proactive problem analysis and resolution.
· Efficient use of technology through identification of system enhancements, and performing effective user acceptance tests
