Coordinate the preparation ofregulatory reporting
Research technical accountingissues for compliance
Support month-end and year-endclose process
Ensure quality control over financialtransactions and financial reporting
Manage and complywith local, state, and federal government reporting requirementsand tax filings
Develop and document business processesand accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internalcontrols
