YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Leader for customer services is responsible for the front-line support team that is providing technical service and training support for our Dealers and Distributors in EMEA Region
The Team Leader main responsibilities and duties are: Provide and manage delivery of technical product support for the Network Deliver technical reports and case processing within service level objectives Supervise the local After Sales Operational team Ensure operational alignment with service level practices and policies Assign field support to the Network for technical related matters Respond to escalated consumer inquiries within policy and service level Administer warranty policies, procedures within BRP guidelines practices Support the notification and reporting for safety campaigns with government authorities and BRP legal services in their assigned Region Assure the delivery of technical training for the Network and internal teams Provide selective support for Marketing and Sales by assigning resources for product launches, shows and promotional events
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor or Master degree 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the Powersports or similar industry (automotive, motorcycle) Experience in people management Able to operate in a multilingual business environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Leadership abilities in influencing, coaching High degree of ownership and proactivity Organized, accurate, and results driven Collaborative team player Fluent in Russian and English. Any additional language would be considered a plus Very good computer skills
This position is based in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Regional travel will be required up to 20%
