As a Service Technical Assistant you will become part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) department, which have the key focus to maintain and develop our Service Business in line with our global Company strategies.
Your main areas of responsibilities will be: CSS calculations with specific knowledge connected with sales processes and tools and good understanding of the SSI Schaefer product portfolio and its applications Customers Spare parts requests (commercial, warranty) Service offers, Contracts, Agreements (Service Agreements, Change Requests, Inspection/Maintenance, Residence maintenance) And perform other various tasks in connection with CSS Business
Your workplace will be at our office in Moscow, and travel to be expected: up to 30% of working time
About your qualifications: You... have strong engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in technical applications, technically skilled You have general knowledge of solutions within warehouse and logistics systems as a plus You have knowledge with process workflows and systems You are advanced user of MS Office package You are skilled with a computer and quick to learn and develop You have good communicative skills and are fluent in English speaking and writing We expect you to be service minded, structured and focused on quality and detail in your work Moscow Russia (+1 other)
