WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The best candidate must have 3+ years relevant experience in educational language lessons and projects can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
Conducting training programs of QALC
Actively working with students and developing their interest to learn Arabic
Develop the culture of the Arab world, notably Qatar, in Russia
?onducting arabic language group and individual lessons
Monitoring student progress
Planing, developing and delivering training sessions
Conducting and writing exams and testing new students
... Participating in the developmenting and implementation of events
Striving to maximize the educational achievement of each student
Utilizing a variety/range of student learning modalities in each lesson.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Higher education (linguistic / pedagogical)
Experience within the education language fields: institutes, universities, educational language centers
Knowledge of modern teaching technologies
Experience in conducting group lessons
Experience with cloud-based document management, collaboration tools and project management solutions
Excellent communication skills, willing to have difficult conversations to work through issues and negotiations
Passionate to education and result oriented busines acumen
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Fluency in Arabic (diploma confirming proficiency in Arabic)
Reference ability
