We are looking for a well-organized and professional Sales Engineer City: Moscow, Russia Activity: Full employment Qualification level: Engineering degree (minimum 3 years of experience selling pumps and related products) What are we offering? After thorough training, you will be able to process and follow up our customer enquires coming mainly from end-users and operators, purchasing of Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical companies and General industries that concern delivery times, technical documents, offers and all sorts of technical-commercial questions about our products. Part of our 2022 strategy is to develop further the focus on our customers. You will play an important role in realizing this challenge. You will be part of a dynamic team within an international setting. Lewa is a global leader in the manufacture of metering pumps and systems. Your tasks: - You are the initial sales contact point for our customers. - You process incoming telephone calls/e-mails concerning... general technical issues. - By asking targeted questions you can quickly analyse the needs of the customer. - You provide technical/administrative support to customers regarding various sales related issues. - Gathering and sending out commercial and technical documents. - Making and processing requests for quotations in our CRM system. - Technical review of specifications, drawings (P&ID’s, construction, controls logic, etc.), and associated equipment - Review and coordination of customer’s specifications with responsible Sales Manager(s) - You are able to work in a structured manner. - You are the link between the company and the customer. - Overall support of Sales Managers and customers in the evaluation of Lewa proposals - You report to internal Sales Activity Control System Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Effective Sales - including managing deadlines; identifying stakeholders; understanding, communicating and achieving goals • Time management – Aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Professionalism – Ability to deal with pressure and conflict positively. Demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude towards self and others. Demonstrate productive use of time. • Active Learning – Able to learn quickly and independently on the job. Must be a resourceful and proactive problem solver. • Deductive Reasoning – Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers. • Information recall - Understands the significance of new information not only for current use, but future needs. • Innovative – Aptitude in finding new solutions. • Intuition - Identifying and addressing potential problems before they become issues. • Quality & Productivity – Produces work at a fast rate and with high accuracy. Demonstrates accountability if mistakes occur. • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. • Must have strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving
