Commercial Excellence Project Manager 1 Moscow Job Description: Aggregates country needs to contribute to Commercial Excellence roadmap of the sub-region and drives the execution of the Commercial Excellence roadmap, based on a project based approach; Tailors commercial excellence concepts and frameworks to the dominant market archetype in the sub-region (e.g., distribution management, margin optimization) Develops the sub-regional commercial excellence deployment plan for her/his projects Ensures deployment of Commercial Excellence projects and initiatives in the sub-region Monitors the outcomes of sales excellence initiatives on the sub-region level post implementation Generate ideas for improvement through active and continuous dialogue with the sales team that will enable growth and future development Reporting and analysis of individual and team selling productivity Implementation of technology to drive efficiency and productivity of selling process/activities Responsible for market and competitor... intelligence with regard to CE topics
Educational background and skills: University degree preferably Master Languages: English fluently plus 1 local language preferred Advanced knowledge on commercial concepts
