Brand Manager Moscow We now looking for active, ambitious, result-oriented person, who will drive our Refreshment category and will develop together with our company.
Responsibilities: To create, align and effectively implement annual and long-term business plans for the assigned brands ensuring all aspects of activities support brand and company goals; To continuously analyze external and internal environment to gather inputs for a long-term planning as well as propose remedy actions where appropriate; Develop and sustain strong working relationships with key clients. To plan and manage market research activities to fully exploit all opportunities for growth within assigned categories/brand; To lead A&P budgets; Build and maintain regular and professional communication with the Global Brand team; To champion the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals; Work closely with all departments of the company (production, planning, sales, trade... marketing, finance) to ensure in-time and successful NPDs commercialization; Provide regular overview and reporting on brand/projects performance against set targets to the agreed internal contacts.
Requirements: University degree (preferable marketing, etc), More than 4 years experience in Brand Management in FMCG, Upper-Intermediate level of English (as a must), Experience in development of media strategy, ATL and Digital projects, Effective at multitasking; Good verbal, written and presentation skills; Ability to provide informational and situational problem analysis; Creative, innovative, and results-driven; Experience in leading new product development projects; Strong project management and communication skills;
