Market Research Specialist Moscow
??????Responsibilities:
Process and analyze marketing data for automotive business: key market trends (including market segments analysis), competitive performance of automotive brands and models, performance on market shares, key brand KPIs, loyality KPIs, price positioning and distribution analysis;
Track economic, poliitical and social trends, impacting automotive market;
Lead organization of market research on ad hoc requests of marketing department;
Prepare research results presentations for internal clients;
Drive appropriate usage and interpretation of market research (project approvals, contracts);
Lead and closely coordinate work and deliverables of research agencies and dealers on the assigned research projects;
Conduct and analyze internal and external research products;
Prepare regular reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Higher education;
At least 3 years of experience in marketing research and analytics (in brand marketing or market research... team), preferably in the automotive industry;
Experience in consumer research projects development and implementation, business analytics and KPIs, reporting within international companies with complex proccesses;
Advanced PC user (MS Office, MS Project);
English: upper-intermediate level or higher;
Attention to details combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines;
Initiative and proactive approach is a must;
Good communication and organizational skills, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette.
