Senior Market Research Manager (BB-696FD) Moscow The Senior Market Research Manager is responsible for working closely with the clients, understanding their market research requirements, proposing appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business objective. Depending upon the selected methods, the Research Manager develops development of the research instrument. The Research Manager works closely with research executives ensuring the successful execution of the project. Upon completion, the Market Research Manager reviews the collected data, authors reports and makes business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client.
- Assist in driving the relationship with clients through understanding their insights and research needs, delivery of proposed projects and value creation through other initiatives proposed by client - Writing proposals recommending most appropriate research methodology and techniques to meet the desired business objectives - Designing qualitative and... quantitative research plans for different types of research projects covering brand health assessment, brand and ad tracking, usage and attitude research, segmentation research, customer satisfaction research, concept testing and product development etc. - Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations - Presentation of findings and recommendations to the client
- A minimum of 9 to 10 years of experience in Quantitative (mandatory) and Qualitative (working knowledge) research within the custom Market Research industry (Preferably) - Academic and practical experience with a wide array of usage and attitude, segmentation, new product / concept testing, brand, advertising, pricing and customer satisfaction research - Exceptional written and oral communication abilities (Russian mandatory English will be an advantage) - Prior experience in the banking / financial sector will be an advantage - Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis (quantitative). Understanding of different qualitative models, techniques and methodologies (qualitative) will be of advantage. - MBA or advanced degree in mathematics, statistics or the sciences
