It has spotted a multitude of beauty trends with proven commercial value, giving the worlds best companies invaluable power in their trend decision making. Responsibilities: - This role will be focusing on researching makeup and hair innovations in the Russia Market (professional and retail markets) - Researching Russian social media platforms, magazines, and internet - Researching Russian beauty brands, companies, trends and other factors affecting the beauty industry - Providing insights and opinions into the Russian market when required Desired skills, experience and personality: - Fluent in Russian and English - Familiar with Russian social media channels - Comfortable with desk-based research tasks, predominately online research - Proactive... approach to work - Team player, but equally comfortable working independently Pay: - $300/month guarantee - The freelancer will work periodically on additional projects, for which he/she will be paid an additional fee per project
