DUTIES Overall responsibility for asset management and investment in insurance company. Designing and implementing effective asset management and investment strategy in insurance company. Benchmarking asset management and investment performance. Treasury issues and management of cash flow. Solvency management. Staff Management, motivation, training, recruitment, assessment, etc. Involvement in Accounting and Finance Policy in terms of IFRS and Russian Standards in the Company and international group. Planning and Reporting. Management and improvement IT-systems for investment area. Monitor and ensure the investment matters as per Company and Group Regulations and Russian law, including taxation, reporting. Cooperation with Talanx Group, providers and partners. QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS University degree (finance, economics or similar). Work experience in finance and/or investment at management level for at least 7 years preferably in financial institutions. Advanced/ Fluent English... level. Knowledge of IFRS, Russian reporting standards, law in Accounting and Finance, Investment Management, Asset Management, Planning and Reporting, Treasury. Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel. Understanding of 1C, SAP, financial programs (e.g. Diasoft). Excellent communicative skills. Excellent management skills. Team Leader. Strong analytical skills.
