Risk Safety & Security Manager Moscow
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
Security/Safety related education and/or minimum 35 years practical working experience;
Experience of running complex internal investigations, compliance risk monitoring and third party risk assessment;
Good knowledge about risk assessment methods (Risk Management Process);
High level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
Ability to take ownership of all responsibilities and commitments;
Upper-intermediate English and Russian skills verbally and in writing.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
Drive and be an owner of the risk management agenda,
Ensure a safe and secure environment for co-workers, customers and Companys assets through training, audits, inspections and follow up;
Setting-up, maintain and pro-actively coordinate the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Plans within the Unit;
Maximize the units operational profit by having necessary preventative process controls in place... continuous plans for streamlining business processes, reducing fraud and securing and protecting IKEA assets;
Active contribution towards improvement of Sales, and Market Capital results by partnering with business unit stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy, budgeting accuracy and managing peak traffic;
Work in partnership with the Management Team regarding sensitive issues, including but not limited to information security and lawsuits, conducting internal investigations, 3rd parties screening (due diligence), pre-employment background check in an effective, efficient and according to relevant Group guidelines;
Ensuring the IKEA intended level on information security protection is implemented;
Ensure the proper work process with prevention, detection and reaction on all safety & security, compliance related technologies, systems, topics, incidents and processes;
Speaking partner for external security service providers and working methods, contract structure, cooperation and tendering;
Security Check and Compliance Review surveys (action plans in place and follow up). Safety & Security, H&S, Compliance, guidelines and documents;
Working out and providing systematic self-assessment for Store in accordance with Safety and Security manual Retail and Russian Federal Low in Health & Safety, Fire safety and security area.
