Key Qualifications
Higher education in economics/finance/taxes
Knowledge of Russian tax regulations
Experience with specific vendors/costs primary documents requirements
Multitasking, willing to learn, energy
Proven experience with accounting process 3-4 years (Big multinational companies as a plus)
Experience in working with SAP and passing tax audits as a plus
Proficient in English
Description
- Raising Purchase request in corporate system - Processing vendors documents through specific corporate process, validating documents for local accounting and tax compliance (AP general payable, advertising services and materials, warehousing, merchandizing services, etc) - Daily clearing of vendor accounts and prepayment accounts - Managing relationship with archive provider and documents retention process - Participation in monthly, quarterly, annual closing - Participation in tax inspection revision and internal/external audit in AP parta
