Piping Engineer Moscow Oblast Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Currently, UOP Honeywell is busy delivering a number of EPC projects as it pertains to gas processing in Russia. Within the gas processing division, we are focusing on solutions for the onshore modular gas processing plant. All project stages are performed by the Company and subcontracting resources (Basic Design Project, FEED, Stage P, DD, Procurement, Logistics, Construction, Commissioning). To carry out existing and promising projects, the Company is offering a vacant position of Piping Engineer. Key responsibilities will include: Engineering: Skills to apply engineering design criteria, guidelines and contract requirements to design work. Skills to apply process design criteria and guidelines to all phases of process engineering. Good knowledge of local standards and international practices. Checking of Engineering Documentation and calculations. Keeping track of all changes. Participation in project meetings, HAZID, HAZOP... 3D model reviews and etc. Development of piping classes. Material Selection. Conceptual layout Supervision of construction: Control of construction works. Participation in acceptance of construction works. Making changes to the engineering documentation on the site. Working with Contractor and Customer on the site. Calculations: Performance of Stress Analysis Performance of relatively complex technical studies under general supervision. Ensuring that calculations are legible, well organized, correctly references as to equipment/system, filed, dated and signed. 3D model & Drawings: Preparation and responsibility for maintenance of master 3D model & Drawings and ability to lead participants in 3D model reviews. Ability to prepare and review general layout plan with total information to correspond to the flow sequence, operability and safety. Ability to answer questions, with confidence, from other disciplines and workstreams as to the requirement/function of each item. Design in 3D. Development of 2D drawings and Build of material. Equipment Datasheets & RFQ: Participation in preparation of equipment duty specifications for all equipment including complex equipment such as skids. Work with contractors: Review and approval of vendor data. Ensuring of consistency of vendor data with other design documents. Ensuring of engineering contractor engineering performance for the project. Budgeting / Scheduling: Support and maintenance of established schedule for the assigned area. Contribution to "needs/alert lists" to keep PM advised about items which could adversely affect the schedule. Maintenance of work output to match schedule requirements. Ability to adjust short term priorities to meet overall schedule requirements. Preparation of project reports. Checking of work costs Participation in preparation of project schedules.
YOU MUST HAVE
Tertiary qualification in Piping/Mechanical Engineering. Experience in piping engineering for gas plant. Ability to lead engineers, budget scope, manage change, and coordinate project deliverables under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in multiple projects Proficiency with AutoCAD (recent releases) and soft for 3D modeling. Desire to do the utmost with a positive and professional never say die attitude. Ability to travel on business trips including lengthy business trips to site during construction and commissioning What we are offering: Salary based on results of interview.
