What Youll Do for Us: Manage brand activation at the local level, including Point Of Sales (POS) activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging marketing assets), in coordination with the... bottler Support the senior brand manager on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities Participate in agile projects for the development of Operating Unit and Market-level innovation and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) campaigns Manage program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love and brand value Coordinate local activations with bottlers, including POS activations & promos, events, experiential, leveraging marketing assets Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree required 3-5 years of experience in marketing activation (end to end project delivery), working with external partners (bottlers and customers). Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights. Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottler) and ensure alignment. Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time. Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with bottlers.
