Working with no supervision, responsible for gathering and document PLM product requirements. Oversees the development of products from start to finish to ensure the product meet the clients' requirement. Main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will... have according to clients' requirements and priorities. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to execute the project according to the plan.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as product owner for implementing and customizing software solutions enhancements and break fixes to meet clients requirements. Minimum (3) years of experience with Windchill products (PDMLink, MPMLink, Info*Engine) Experience working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Experience defining product roadmap and owning the day to day execution to plan. Ability to develop and maintain solutions that support multiple deployable configurations from a single codebase. Experience/familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies/tools (Jira, Confluence Experience translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Experience prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for the assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Experience leading the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. Experience defining and executing go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product development team has what they need to be successful. Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment. Demonstrated experience with delivering and supporting customer focused and results-based solutions. Be able to travel 50% Speaks and write in English fluently, strong communication skills. Must be a US citizen or green card holder. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
