Your Role and Responsibilities Demonstrates experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to Clients. They must understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the Client's industry. Establishes strong, trusted relationships with Clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of IBM used in the... delivery of complex services. They identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and assist IBM in winning the business. When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity, they support and lead billable Client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities. Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business. Support both the development of new Application Development & Innovation (ADI) business opportunities and the delivery of ADI services to Clients. Develops strategy for assigned ADI accounts & participates in the development of overall strategy. Responsible for overall performance for assigned ADI accounts and for servicing and selling ADI solutions in other accounts/Industries/Services. Responsibilities: · Lead sales discussions with FSS clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning Hybrid Cloud solutions for clients · Build and retain client relationships to become a trusted advisor to our FSS clients and help them connect their business strategies to their cloud strategies, and understand best practices around multi-cloud and container platform solutions · Understand our FSS clients strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned to our clients objectives · Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvement · To solution and drive proposals, on several FSS offerings including Promontory, Core banking Transformation, Financial Services Cloud and Data Value Transformation. · Assist in defining the Hybrid Cloud practice portfolio of offerings and continually seek opportunities to develop business locally and across the CEE region · Contribute to external eminence of IBM and the Hybrid Cloud Services practice through conferences and seminars · Actively drive professional development of yourself and all Hybrid Cloud team members
Required Technical and Professional Expertise · Strong personal brand and existing relationship network in FSS market and ability to quickly yield new signings and revenues. · Experience as Sales Leader for FSS offerings · A deep understanding and experience of how to win and deliver complex large FSS deals · Senior person with entrepreneurship qualities · Evidence of playing a key leadership role in building a client relationship and able to become our clients trusted partner. · Looking for an individual driven with a high level of personal belief and motivated by professional passion · Deepened knowledge in hyperscaler solutions such as Azure or AWS, including relevant accreditations and certifications · First-class communication skills an ability to engage persuasively with senior stakeholders both inside IBM and with clients · The ability and confidence to work independently and lead others
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise · Cost Management, Cloud Security in Multi-Cloud Environment strong problem-solving skills, the ability to overcome day-to-day issues in pursuit of the end goal · Deep consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape winning application migration & modernization solutions for customers, such as: o Cloud Affinity and Adoption Roadmap / Application Portfolio Assessment (APA) o Target Platform & Operating Model definition and implementation o Cloud Center of Excellence/Competence design & Cloud Migration Factory definition and implementation o Multi-Cloud management/AIOps platforms like Azure Arc, Google Anthos, IBM Satellite, Outpost, Vmware TANZU etc o Container orchestration platforms like Openshift, AKS, EKS, GKE, IKS etc.
· Experience leading solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex transformation programs. · Certifications in leading cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, Red Hat, IBM Cloud, GCP a plus · End to end cloud native architecture understanding (mobile technologies (Angular, React etc.) API, Microservice, intelligent workflow, streaming and DBaaS etc.) is a plus Multi-language fluency a plus Warsaw Poland
