Assistant Front Office Manager Warsaw Job Description
Sofitel Warsaw Victoria is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who is an enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented professional to oversee all front desk operations, providing outstanding service to ensure total guest satisfaction in compliance with company policies and procedures. Establish and support a high level of cooperation and teamwork in all areas of the Front Desk and among other departments.
Key responsibilities: Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure the highest possible standards of service excellence & hospitality are extended to all guests at all times. Ensure the departments procedures are followed and the key standards of the Front Desk maintained at all times Train Front Desk Colleagues and fulfill training role Achieve the set department targets (occupancy/average rate/REVPAR). Observing colleagues productivity, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and recognition when applicable Handle... guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Undertake Duty Management responsibilities
Work Experience Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Knowledge of Property Management System an asset, Opera knowledge preferred Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
