I. Key Organizational RelationshipsImmediate Superior : Human Resources Manager/Supervisor (depending on the
set up in the region)
Direct Reports : None
Work Interface
Internal : Branch Operations and Business Development Teams,
Head Office HROD Team
External : PESO Officials, local schools & universities, LGUs

II. Job PurposeProvides assistance to the Regional Human Resources Manager/Supervisor in the daily discharge of functions. Supports all teams in the region by attending to inquiries related to human resources functions such as talent acquisition and management, benefits administration and attendance monitoring, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and health and safety.
III. Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sources, screens and interviews applicants for associate and supervisory positions. Endorses to hiring managers upon approval of Regional HRM.
2. Coordinates interview schedule of line managers and prepares job offer for successful non-managerial... candidates. Facilitates pre-employment requirements completion and enlistment to the New Employees Orientation (NEO) for onboarding purposes.
3. Conducts background check of successful supervisory and credit and collection specialists (Business Development Officer and Branch Operations Supervisor).
4. Ensures timely documentation, review, and submission of employee movements (regularization, transfer and promotion) for management approval.
5. Assists the Regional HR Manager/Supervisor in the annual performance review within the region by ensuring all assessment forms are properly filled up, reviewed and validated.
6. Answers stakeholder questions on human resources policies and procedures, and endorses to the Regional HR Manager for guidance for complex issues.
7. Prepares regular reports on manning, workforce deployment, movements and other HR analytics-related accounts.
8. Conducts exit interviews for separated employees in the associate level, submits results to immediate superior, and recommends improvement on cited issues.
9. Keeps self updated with pertinent legal requirements through research (labor laws and OSH) for regulatory compliance and professional development.
10. Assists Regional HRM in the implementation of health and safety protocols and in monitoring infractions of minimum health standards.
IV. Job Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral science, Human Resource Management or allied courses
Experience: Minimum two (2) years generalist experience in human resources managementCompetencies Collaboration, results-oriented, problem-solving, high attention to details, relationship-building, initiative, independent worker
Job Conditions: regular use of computer, long hours of sitting, ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent distractions, and while meeting deadlines
