One of FactSet's key differentiators has always been the incorporation of third-party benchmark data in all aspects of FactSet's products, in particular the Portfolio Analytics suite and the Benchmark DataFeed. The Portfolio Services and Benchmarks team is the cross-team effort designed to standardize and provide the support and transparency into this overall process, for which multiple teams at FactSet contribute.
The Benchmark Analyst Team will oversee the benchmark integration process for some of the biggest accounts at FactSet. The team will be responsible for ensuring that benchmarks are successfully implemented on the client side and coordinate and communicate all steps of the integration process from initial request, to integration, to testing and delivery.
Manage incoming client requests for benchmark integrations
20% Provide updates to the client/account teams in a timely manner
