Job Description and Qualification:
Responsible for analysis, development and ongoing improvements to business practices, processes, procedures and tools. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs. Develops specific business processes and facilitates implementation.
Description: Lead Organization wide Strategic initiatives independently Drive cross functional business initiative/ projects Facilitate implementation of measurement indicators at various levels based on client expectations and providing meaningful analysis Interact with leadership and peers to drive and influence improvement objective and create a Continuous Improvement roadmap Collaborate with Global Business partners and the Business Excellence CoE members Drive change management through stakeholder management and influence business improvement objectives for the vertical Responsible for leading process improvement projects, focusing on process... re-engineering, improving process quality, efficiency and resolution rate Mentor Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt /Green Belt/ Black Belt projects Drive and plan Kaizen events in the organization Coach and mentor process improvement consultants supporting the Operations team
Qualifications: University degree with 3 -5 years experience on business process improvement, 1-3 years quality improvement experience from the call center industry Must have strong background of BPO or contact center industry Strong customer orientation and able to collaborate effectively across the organization Excellent oral and written communication skills Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Ability to work under pressure with good discipline, organization and time management skills
