Key Responsibilities Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures Builds strong and lasting relationships with customers and provides second to none customer service Has responsibility for the end to end customer experience Acts and communicates proactively to keep customers informed of any issues or changes Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders Willing to collaborate with not only local but regional stakeholders to improve and reduce the customer efforts to find resolutions
