The Data Architect (DA) will design and manage the data features for relevant data flows, data products and data solutions, and work from within the Enterprise Architecture team to achieve the overall technical vision, strategy, and compliance. The DA will use their technical expertise to guide the development of data solutions and will provide coaching and mentoring to the development teams involved.
He p?kenga tou - Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation combined with significant (10 year+) experience and knowledge of ICT in an enterprise context is ideal Good understanding of data architectures and methodologies, with an ability to clearly communicate their value to decision makers Demonstrated in-depth practical skills in developing, implementing, and managing data models, data standards and data governance processes is ideal Excellent relationship management and communication skills, demonstrated by experience in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders is important Experience in developing software code and establish solutions to validate, process, interpret and/or provide insights into a wide range of data sets Working knowledge of systems development life cycle and project management frameworks, tools and methodologies, especially agile ways of working A track record in working with GIS systems and data is desirable although not essential
