Part of our National Services group, the Senior Partnerships Manager will enable effective account management delivery through strategic partnerships and relationship with agencies and organisations that align with K?inga Ora strategies, frameworks, policies and legislative obligations.
The Senior Partnerships Manager, alongside their colleagues, will help to lead our intention to develop enduring and effective collaboration and partnership with external organisations, groups and people we share common values and priorities with so that together we are better able to deliver successful outcomes for the people and communities we collectively serve.
Ng? p?manawatanga ?u - What you will bring Extensive strategic engagement advisory experience, skilled in navigating and operating in a regulated environment, working constructively across functions, building and maintaining the trust of all stakeholders Proven success in understanding and mapping partner organisations, developing and implementing strategy Qualifications in engagement practice combined with partnering approaches and best practice methodologies Demonstrated commitment to building and maintaining close effective working relationships with senior leaders, key internal and external stakeholders Able to form collaborative internal relationships to build a cohesive organisation wide approach. Understanding of?New Zealand social housing and property sectors Demonstrated ability in monitoring and evaluating activity and applying findings to?the?improvement?of current, or development of new and innovative, processes and practices A good working understanding of?Te?Ao?M?ori?and Te Reo
