Through your interactions and reporting you will share our progress and communicate to a range of audiences to further drive performance, accountability and decision-making through reporting. Capabilities | Ng? ?heitangaImprove and streamline our business planning and reporting processes ensuring that they are fully integrated and aligned across Te Uru R?kau - New Zealand Forest Service and MPI.Produce regular reports to support Te Uru R?kau - New Zealand Forest Service governance and oversight, strategic risk reporting, operational and financial management.Provide analysis and insights from the reporting to advise the leadership team of trends and emerging issues.Through analysis of information, help to identify improvements for the business.Apply innovative thinking to streamline the reporting and analysis process to make it easier for staff. You will provide planning and reporting support and advice to enable Te Uru R?kau - New Zealand Forest Service to meet its obligations for Ministry for Primary Industries business planning and reporting and statutory reporting processes.About You?M?uUnderstanding our business and the underlying data and metrics while being able to effectively build relationships and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders with varying technical ability requires a unique skill set.Bring your expert relationship management skills, strategic thinking and perseverance and help translate our data to meaningful outcomes.Who are we looking for? | Ko te tangata mo t?nei t?ranga?Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business planning, analysis and reporting in a large organisation.Experience in risk management and reporting.A high degree of initiative and perseverance to follow through on initiatives to successful completion or resolution.Familiarity with utilising productivity tools for reporting and analysis: Microsoft office products.Experience of the public sector accountability framework and machinery of government.Demonstrated skills in effective communications to present complex information in clear and unambiguous manner.Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
