• Full time, permanent role responsible for the commercial success of a portfolio of leading natural health products
• Manage a territory of grocery stores with Christchurch and a mixture of grocery/pharmacy stores south of Christchurch
• Markets include Queenstown/Dunedin and Invercargill. A fully maintained fleet vehicle is provided as part of the package.

We are excited to introduce the role of Territory Manager (known internally as Customer Business Manager) to promote sales growth within the South Island.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate sales professional to manage a territory of Stores, proactively contributing to the commercial success of Blackmores products. You will be based on territory in or near Canterbury, ready to manage your portfolio of clients and play a crucial... role in the growth of Blackmores NZ.

Responsibilities include:
• Design effective sales strategies and tactics to use in store, resulting in increased distribution and improved execution of objectives
• Achieve ex-factory net sales contribution targets for the pharmacy and health food customers within a defined portfolio of stores
• Implementation of merchandising standards within the territory
• Implement Blackmores as the “category leader” through category leadership and category management principles including: shopper and consumer insights, efficient assortment, pricing and promotion, in-store merchandising
• Providing category/shopper insights to help grow the customers' business
• Conducting in-store training and education sessions with store assistants.

Who are you?

You are an experienced in-field sales professional with previous exposure to Pharmacy/Health related industries, however applicants from Grocery are encouraged to apply. You must live on territory in or near Canterbury.

You build lasting relationships, negotiate effectively and use data to influence sales. You have a relentless focus on the future and prioritise objectives that contribute to the growth of Blackmores. A passion for the Blackmores brand and complementary medicine is a must.
