As a Service Designer within our design practice you will be running programs of work delivering customer-centred products and services. You will be responsible for connecting the dots between customer needs, technology, business and design. This role will also see you:
Develop and mature the Service Design capability within New Zealand Demonstrate visionary thinking and the ability to articulately paint credible pictures and visions of future experiences to senior stakeholders Design Lead on enterprise projects impacting Sales, Service & Claims using IAG CX design tools including research and customer testing to ensure effective CX outcomes Supporting development of data driven customer journey maps/service blueprints to visualize customer services and experiences in a way that is easy to comprehend Breaking down business and customer needs into digestible components across Sales, Service & Claims for design and development teams
Skills & Experience:
Design practice... gained through a mix of environments, preferably experience within a large corporate design team, e.g. Insurance, Financial Service, Customer Service. Customer research interviewing expertise Involvement in design networks to support your own practice. Experience in leading successful outcome driven project teams. Strong history of delivery with tangible project outcomes and portfolio.
Having a real passion for serving our customers is a great start but experience in human centred design in an Agile environment would make you a strong contender for this role. We'd love to hear from storytellers with strong communication skills to influence and excite within our organization.
