The purpose of this role is to build and manage an effective system around management of key tasks for the organisation.
Create and Implement operational system to achieve key objectives Create and manage a system for tracking key objectives of the organisation To present monthly reports to track project objectives progress To represent board/company perspective to the Management To play the pivotal role of facilitator to ensure organisational activities are completed by an agreed deadline.
Communication Facilitation To manage communication across the organisation with a view to achieving the key objectives in a timely manner. Key Objectives like strategic plan, investment plan & annual plans are well communicated and KPI's are tracked effectively in a timely manner.
Person specification/Key Competencies: Highly organised system driven individual Experience working in a co-operative team environment; ability to work... collaboratively as well as independently. Experience within an organisation from a Governance perspective. Strong writing and Reporting ability Ability to work independently Experience with Project Management Software Bachelor's degree or higher
