Your role with us is to be able to offer some help to the Planning and Resource Coordinator each morning to make this run smoothly.
This job is perfect for someone who is great at recording information. Being able to take direction and record information with high detail and accuracy!
We are based in Central Auckland (Parnell) and ideally would want someone who lives locally.
Some of the tasks that you will be required to help with (but not limited to): Creating documentation about sites and workers (Excel and Word) Liaising with Site Managers to check their requirements for their site. Communicating with workers, advising if required at sites, and general queries. Advising the Operations Manager of the outcome of all communication. Creating booking for Site Safe and Construct Safe
To be considered for this role you must... have: A clear and polite phone manner. Calm under pressure Excellent communication skills. Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Excellent multitasking ability Attention to detail and accuracy for all administration tasks
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 6am to 10am but some flexibility in the finishing time
This is perfect for a student with a later lecture start time.
