Responsibilities: Support project implementation such as site survey, delivery, Install and configure hardware and software components, testing and commissioning. Provide guidance to users on how to operate the newly set up system. Provide technical support services including problem checking, analyzing, troubleshooting, repair or replace damaged hardware. Perform proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance for on-site equipment. Travel to client sites including remote areas. Operate and maintain SarawakNet networks in ways that optimize performance. Provide network connectivity technical support and service monitoring. Collecting data, maintain records/logs of jobs done, and providing reports on incidents when required. Perform the BOS process. Keeping up with the latest technology. Liaise with Internal/External Service Providers on any requirements or issues arising from the support to ensure the delivery of quality integrated service to customers. Undertake any other assigned... tasks as assigned by the company from time to time. Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Computer Studies or related discipline. Preferably more than 1 year of working experience in IT support and maintenance or training environment. Working experience in computing and networking e.g WAN, LAN, Server OS & hardware installation and configuration will be an added advantage. Good command of spoken and written English. Team player and responsible for any tasks assigned. Positive attitude and proactive personality. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Open for Sarawakian only.
