Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a B2B-driven lead drive Hirer lifecycle marketing from lead nurturing to customer acquisition, sales conversion and retention while maximising operational efficiency and company growth.
This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional requiring you to working closely with regional teams across multiple countries, product management, data science, sales & operations to orchestrate programs that deliver on the customer needs and scale.
Key Responsibilities Strong project management and organizational skills and are able to juggle multiple projects and commit to delivering them. Experience working in a collaborative environment across countries, cross-functional teams and reporting structures. Experience developing a holistic acquisition and retention marketing strategy, based on thorough understanding and insight into the business, employers, our competitors, channel and the various marketing funnels from awareness and consideration through conversion and retention. Strong analytical skills to interpret business data, identify growth opportunities and develop corresponding O2O, online and offline marketing initiatives to drive incremental growth across multiple touchpoints. Ideate off a regional framework, and drive integrated, end-to-end acquisition, lead generation, market research, product usage and retention programs for candidates. Strong accountability to lead and manage campaigns/projects for key marketing initiatives to strengthen the company brand value proposition in the market to attract employers from SMEs through MNCs. Strong accountability of delivering against objectives and key results (OKR) Differentiate the JobStreet brand by driving Hirer Top of Mind Awareness & First Choice Defend and grow JobStreets market share by improving Hirer Acquisition and Sales Generation conversion rates. Build deeper relationships with our hirers by growing channel and segment targeted sales and revenue. Work closely with HOD on P&L, identify growth levers, weaknesses and strength of the brand and product, work collaboratively with HOD to deploy effective strategy to win back and retain market share. Agile to rapid changes and willing to adapt to new technology and environment
So, what we are looking for?
The successful candidate will have: Degree in marketing, journalism, mass communications, business administration or equivalent At least 7 years of experience with proven record of developing and executing winning marketing strategies in a B2B environment, experience in end-to-end brand / category management with P&L responsibility an advantage At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics including segmentation, profiling and executing of CRM campaigns Excellent command of spoken and written English Highly meticulous with strong project management and executional abilities Creative with ideas and open to change A relentless drive to get stuff done. A hands-on problem solver, you are comfortable with ambiguity and will take an idea and make it happen; you persevere when others fall away. Ability to manage high profile projects and manage conflicting priorities Ability to make good presentations and has good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels. Strong critical reasoning, commercial and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature - achieving both time and budgetary deadlines
