GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the candidate will act as a partner to the EMEA APAC marketing team to provide pre-campaign analysis, monitoring during the campaign and post campaign reporting to provide strategic insight and identifying optimization... opportunities. She/he will translate data into actionable items for every stage of the marketing campaign whilst proving operational support where necessary. The candidates function spans across various digital disciplines and channels, including lead generation, content marketing, website management, email marketing, analytics, social media, e-commerce and SEO performance. She/he will advise on which metrics to use throughout various touchpoints of the customer journey and will also set-up reporting on our measurement tools and dashboards. Identify underperforming online touchpoints based on data, come up with improvement suggestions and be comfortable with translating this data for the wider team who may not have a strong digital background. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to generate key performance metrics, as well as provide new insights that are actionable. She/he will participate in marketing meetings and digital projects to present findings and suggest improvements based on data and will drive our strategic agenda to instill a data-driven culture in our marketing efforts. She/he will use the data to discover new opportunities to propel further growth. The analyst will participate in defining KPIs of experiments and tests aimed at optimizing our website usability and measuring the outcome and suggesting next actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop in depth knowledge of the business through delivery of digital key performance indicators, actively participate in marketing meetings, deliver content such as reporting and data interpretation for digital marketing reviews and presentations, advise and provide guidance on strategic and operational decisions for the EMEA - APAC HGBU Business development Work with the global digital team as the regional digital analytics expert and user of our custom dashboards. She/ he will take care dashboarding & reporting is done in a uniform way and will support the regional marketing users in campaign related reports Own the regional education & coaching process on digital analytics of the internal marketing community through trainings, reporting, guidance and recommendations how to install a data driven approach in their thinking and campaign development Closely collaborate with the Manager, Digital Marketing to support decisions through the delivery of digital marketing analytics & recommendations to maximize success Provide support on content optimisation or marketing automation initiatives by delivering insights on customer behaviour and preferences Work on a daily basis with our existing reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Marketo & Salesforce. The incumbent will come with suggestions to improve our tools configuration. She/he stays up to date on best practices and innovation in digital analytics and comes with proactive proposals to improve our digital analytics efforts. Develop and optimise omni-channel digital advertising campaigns and manage external vendors where necessary Be comfortable with A/B testing and confidently challenge status quo with improving marketing efforts and results as a forethought Deliver data insights that will increase growth and improve our conversion rates
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Data Science
Experience Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
Knowledge and Skills Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics & Social Media Analytics Marketo & SFDC experience is an asset Knowledge of UX best practices and conversion optimization tactics and metrics Understanding of tactics for cross-device and cross-platform tracking, eg. GTM and UTM Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM and SEO metrics Experience with campaign set up on programmatic channels preferable Good presentation & communication skills Very good knowledge of data analysis and visualization Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), any other language is an asset
