We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect with following characteristics: Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering with 12+ years of experience designing, executing and supporting IT Cloud Solutions Proven experience in software engineering techniques, cloud-native architecture and supporting tooling Prior experience... in working on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or similar) and microservice-architecture oriented solutions is a definite plus Familiarity with SecOps tools Up to date and proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and supportive tooling Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, current best practices and latest software Knowledge of the DevSecOps culture and principles Strong teamwork and communication skills Organized, efficient, and results-driven You are a technical, creative, analytical, open-minded and transparent on own work Eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative. You know how to learn from failure You have great English communication skills, both verbally as in writing You have technical background and affinity with R&D
Responsibilities For TS, the Field Services is the SPOC Regardless if it is in TS scope of work, the Field Services is the eyes-and-ears to the operational activities of the site If it is not TS, they should know who to speak to, and how to speak to them. P1 Critical Incident Management Imparts a sense of absolute urgency in getting a resolution Set priorities for work if needed. Chase up 3rd party vendor to ensure SLA's are met As the primary site contact in Iris, any end user Iris requests requiring local IT approval or an additional IT to IT Iris request will come to the Field Services to complete. Act as single point of contact for any end user escalations relating to the TS Services provided to the site
Requirements 3-5 years Technical background in manufacturing, preferably in life science, diagnostic, and/or medical device environment
Desired Intermediate Portuguese.
Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
