We are currently searching for a strong SAP S/4HANA PI/PO Consultant:
Responsibilities Experience Integration Senior consultant to lead, and execute integration related work for supporting S/4HANA integration with peripheral SAP and non-SAP applications Responsible for supporting PI/PO integration with peripheral SAP and non-SAP applications by creating... ES Builder, Integration Repository, Integration directory, Advanced Adapter Engine. Provide assistance to Customers in the ongoing application support of their SAP solution. Support Globally without any region barrier on defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for ECC & its satellite systems Should be able to work on implementation projects based on new opportunities Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with the support team for expediting the resolution of tickets Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team The consultant will actively get involved and provide the following services in the scope of the engagement: Incident Management: Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Analysis, and resolution of Incidents according to defined solution scope and agreed with SLAs Service Request Fulfilment: Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Implementation of Service Request, Request for Continuous Operations according to the defined solution scope Problem Management: Perform Casual Analysis periodically and fix recurring issues. The root cause analysis and resolution of Problems according to defined solution scope and agreed with SLAs Change Management: Analysis of Incidents/Requests involved for Change. Carry out Scope definition, commercial validation, Creation of Change Requests and seek approval from Application owner, Planning, and deployment of Change, Carry out Ticket-based documentation Proactive Management: Carry out of interfaces/batch jobs monitoring activities. Monitoring alerts, categorization of alerts according to criticality, Creation of Incident Tickets for identified issues, and/or critical alerts. Taking corrective actions by processing the Incident Tickets and Carryout proactive adjustment to relevant parameters to avoid further issues. Continuous Improvement: Provide services that can help Customers to address efficiency challenges. Help to prepare Customers' existing landscape for further improvements. Help in redirecting capacity from operations to create opportunities for innovation by benchmarking Assessment and operations. Help Design of Operations efficiency roadmap. Implement and Realize improvements. Identify use cases that can be automated to benefit for the client and optimize operational cost Act as a liaison and Coordinate with Technical and other team members for resolution of issues Proactively provide overall feedback to Production Support Manager
Qualifications and Experience: At least 7 years in SAP PI/PO integration Understanding of S/4HANA system & PI/PO integration scenarios Extensive understanding of Integration with SLD configuration, adapter, channel, SLD knowledge to drive the integration effort by guiding reporting Integration PI/PO resource. Experience in working with SAP products like SAP ECC, PI, SCM, SOLMAN, other non-SAP FTP applications with ABAP and JAVA stack. Escalate issues related to integration w.r.t PI/PO with peripheral systems Extensive hands-on experience working on adapters like File, SFTP, SOAP, Proxy, IDoc, RFC, HTTP Responsible to take knowledge from current project team members and relate them into day to day support activity Design/Setup/configure/Support SLD related & Perform changes on business system configuration and design them with design patterns and best practices in place Document all the changes for the PI/PO upgrade and Coordination and documenting the findings of interfaces and finding the right contacts for the interfaces Responsible for configuring the IDE (Integrated development environment) in dev and define SLDC process between Development, Quality, and Production instance. Responsible for managing moving transports via CTS+ transport management function.
