We are currently searching for a strong SAP S/4HANA PP/DP functional consultant
Responsibilities: Provide assistance to Customer in the ongoing application support of their SAP solution. Support Globally without any region barrier on defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for ECC & its satellite systems ... Should be able to work on implementation projects based on new opportunities Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of tickets Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team Consultant will actively get involved and provide following services in scope of the engagement: Incident Management: Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Analysis, and resolution of Incidents according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs Service Request Fulfilment: Acceptance of Ticket from Users, Implementation of Service Request, Request for Continuous Operations according to defined solution scope Problem Management: Perform Casual Analysis periodically and fix recurring issues. Root cause analysis and resolution of Problems according to defined solution scope and agreed SLAs Change Management: Analysis of Incidents/Requests involved for Change. Carry out Scope definition, commercial validation, Creation of Change Requests and seek approval from Application owner, Planning, and deployment of Change, Carry out Ticket-based documentation Proactive Management: Carry out of interfaces/batch jobs monitoring activities. Monitoring alerts, categorization of alerts according to criticality, Creation of Incident Tickets for identified issues and/or critical alerts. Taking corrective actions by processing the Incident Tickets and Carryout proactive adjustment to relevant parameter to avoid further issues. Continuous Improvement: Provide services which can help Customer to address efficiency challenges. Help to prepare Customers existing landscape for further improvements. Help in redirecting capacity from operations to create opportunity for innovation by benchmarking Assessment and operations. Help Design of Operations efficiency roadmap. Implement and Realize improvements. Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit for client and optimize operational cost Carry out Ticket-based documentation Request involvement of SAP Product Support as necessary Act as a liaison and Coordinate with Technical and other team members for resolution of issues Proactively provide overall feedback to Production Support Manager Monitor KPIs, report any issues and recommend solutions for improvement
Qualifications and Experience: At least 5 years of experience in working on S/4HANA PP Must have at least 1 SAP full life cycle implementation experience. Hands-on experience in S/4HANA in following areas:
o Discrete Manufacturing (With VC)
o Repetitive manufacturing
o Process manufacturing
o Material Requirements Planning
o Serial Number Management
o Manufacturing with Kanban Supply into Production
o Analytics for Production Unit : Plan/Actual Production Cost
o Make to Order (Production Finished Goods Sales and Final Assembly)
o Make to Stock (Production Repetitive Manufacturing)
o Rework Processing of Stock Manufactured Material, Work in Process items
o Extended Production Planning & Scheduling including Capacity Planning and Evaluation Have understanding of Scope ID definition and business process understanding Use of Fiori Apps Experience in SAP PP, PP-PI, QM, WM involved in multiple full life-cycle implementation projects, upgrades, Global support projects for PP-PI, PP, QM & APO Worked on implementation, enhancement, rollout & support. Good understanding of integration of Production Planning (PP / PP-PI) with Quality Management (QM), Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management, Controlling, Sales & distribution (SD) & APO modules Excellent communication and presentation skills demonstrated ability to work with senior level clients to understand the key business drivers that impact client satisfaction and motivating team members towards achieving goals.
Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Oral Spanish.
