LEAN PROJECT MANAGER Monterrey
Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Assess adherence to Operating System developed standard and partner with the manufacturing sites to create and implement improvement action plans. (ROS Assessments)+C17:X29C17:X30M7C17:X27C17:X29C17:X30C17:X31. 2-Get Certify and Recertify annually as Lean & CE leader with an improved Capability and Expertise in Connected Enterprise, Lean Manufactuirng and Root Cause Problem Solving to support Ops Directors regional priorities. 3- Lead strategic improvement initiatives for the asigned region as required to drive better Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, People engagement as need it. 4- Determine if any training activities are appropriate and effective, if not propose/implement improvements. 5- Train, Coach and mentor the implementation of Lean principles across assigned region to support business needs and people development 6- Develop and certify Lean & CE leaders within partnered manufacturing sites. (Including but not liminted to ROS... Managers).7- Assist in the diagnosis of suitable areas for Lean implementation and drive periodic implementation reviews. 8- Provide 'internal' consultancy in Lean, 9- Work regularly with region Ops Director and Plant Managers to build Lean awareness, Lean skills and support for implementation, 10- Perform Lean audits at Line Cell level and use the results to identify best practices and Opprotunites to be adressed. .11-Benchmarking inside and outside the company to maintain Lean Programs up to date and competitive with the industry. 12- Instigate/coordinate reward and recognition as appropriate. 13. Coach & Mentor across the region to support a cultural transformation anchored in Lean Principles & Ideal Behaviors 14- Act as High level Hoshin Planning expert to develop internal capabily for this process owned by the Plant Manager and Locally championed by their Lean Leader.
