The position creates and follows up of non conformance reports to suppliers. Leads supplier audits and corrective actions. Creates inspection plans for plastic, metal and other components according to drawing specifications. Proactively identifies and helps improvements to the supplier quality tools and processes. Promotes the use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement techniques at suppliers to help them to reduce variability and achieve process control. Controls project plans by... reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Develops 6 sigma projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1 year of relevant work experience as Supplier Quality Engineer
Fluency or professional proficiency in English
